How to look chic in the rain

it's not easy, but it's possible!

It literally won’t stop raining in the South, and it’s driving me f*cking crazy!

That being said, to assimilate to the constant downpour, I’ve decided to immerse myself (literally) into an aspect of the precipitation onslaught that brings me actual joy: the fashion.
