Contrary to what my TikTok content may have you believe, summer’s not over. Not even close. And I don’t want it to be. In fact, I may be the only fashion girlie who actually prefers summer dressing to fall layers.

As someone regularly subjected to 90+ degree temps with 85% humidity, I understand the autumnal yearning. However, I don’t like rushing. I must post certain ahead-of-the-season content, but I also want to balance it with the now. Don’t get me wrong. I LOVE fall. My birthday is in October. I am a Halloween fiend. I mean, give me a pumpkin cream cold brew stat. But I do like to live in the moment. And at this moment, it’s 92 degrees in Alabama at almost 4 p.m.
